Between all the chaos going on in my life, it was MUCH overdue that i took portraits of my son.

With him being a 3 year old, I knew it would be difficult and I would have to work fast to get any pictures I wanted. My son will sit still for all of 5 minutes if I'm lucky.

One little trick I've learned as a mom is to let toddlers play! Let them bring their toys when taking pictures of them. It makes them happy and I personally think it's cute when they play with their toys. My son's toy of choice was his truck and t hen he took interest in some sticks he found outside.

I got a couple good smiles before he was fed up with me. You can see how antsy and upset he becomes at the end.  That means that it's time to put the camera down and no more pictures for the day!
